Nancy has worked in childcare for over 30 years and is passionate about early childhood development. She opened the Madera location in 1996 and purchased the Fresno location in 2011. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from California State University San Diego. Nancy also holds her Child Development Program Director Permit.

Becky has worked in education since 1997. She has her Master's Degree in Special Education, she has her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, and her Bachelor's Degree from UC Irvine.

Beth has been a teacher for 16 years and is currently the Assistant Director at our Madera center. She has a Site Supervisor permit and holds certificates in Inclusion, Special Education, Challenging Behaviors and the Teaching Pyramid.

Felicia has been with NFCU since 2017. She has an Associate Degree in Sociology and has her Teachers permit. She is currently taking classes to get a Site Supervisor Permit.
